Partnership with Sail Canada

Ocean Ambassadors Canada has partnered with Sail Canada to work with the National Sailing team and the Learn to Sail Programs. All National Team members have committed to lead Ocean Ambassadors initiatives at their local clubs and to stewards of the ocean in their daily lives at home and around the world. Starting in summer 2019, each learn to sail level will include Ocean Ambassadors lessons. These lessons will include hands-on, inquiry based activities where students will learn about the crises of plastic in our water and be inspired to take action.
